RUNDU, 20 MAY (NAMPA) - An Angolan national, Felix Pratha (28), made his first appearance in the Rundu Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday on charges of possessing rough, uncut diamonds and violating Section 12(1) of the Immigration Control Act.
Pratha appeared before Magistrate Kornelia Shimpanda following his arrest on Sunday after he was allegedly found in possession of rough, uncut diamonds in the Rundu district.
