Officials in Lithuania said Sunday that a drone, probably Ukranian, had crashed on its territory without exploding, near the eastern city of Utena. Vilmantas Vitkauskas, head of the country's crisis management centre, told journalists the drone was "very probably" Ukrainian and that no one had been hurt.
