Russian Air Defense Systems Destroy 36 Ukrainian Drones in 7 Hours - Defense Ministry

MOSCOW, May 17 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian air defense destroyed 36 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory in seven hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday. "Between 2 p.m and 9 p​​​.m. [11:00-18:00 GMT], air defense systems on duty intercepted and destroyed 36 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones," the ministry said in a statement.
