RUNDU, 11 MAY (NAMPA) - Rundu Military Base commander Lieutenant Colonel Mikhail Shilongo Mbangu said the explosive device in the Mavanze village incident has been destroyed, while investigations continue to determine the type of device that detonated and injured two boys.
