KATIMA MULILO, 10 MAY (NAMPA) – Newly appointed Zambezi Regional Commander of the Namibian Police Force (NamPol), Commissioner Julia Iuze Sakuwa-Neo, has vowed to apply proactive policing measures aimed at preventing crime before it occurs.
