Laos Set to Negotiate in Order to Expand Cooperation With Russia - President

MOSCOW, May 9 (RIA Novosti) - Laos is set to negotiate with the Russian side in order to expand cooperation between the states, Lao President Thongloun Sisoulith said on Saturday.
