Fatal Hantavirus Case Reported in Taiwan - Reports

MOSCOW, May 8 (RIA Novosti) - A fatal case of hantavirus infection has been recorded in Taipei, Chinese media reported on Friday. Authorities in Taipei are currently carrying out large-scale sanitation measures and have increased the number of rat bait stations, China Central Television (CCTV) reported. Specialists in rodent monitoring and control have also reportedly been deployed to assist residents with prevention efforts, the report said​​​.......
