Russia has urged foreign embassies to ensure the "timely evacuation" of their staff and citizens from Kyiv in case of a Russian strike on the city, Moscow's foreign ministry said Wednesday. In a note to foreign embassies, Russia warned it would launch a "retaliatory strike" on the Ukrainian capital if Ukraine disrupted May 9 commemorations in Moscow, and urged them to "ensure the timely evacuation of personnel from diplomatic and other missions,......
