British consumer goods giant Unilever on Thursday said it was confident of meeting its full-year guidance despite macroeconomic uncertainty. Unilever, whose major brands include Dove soap and Cif surface cleaner, said it expects to be "at the bottom end" of its forecast for underlying sales growth of between four and six percent this year.
