US Federal Reserve chief Jerome Powell said Wednesday that he intends to stay at the central bank as a governor even after his chairman term ends, adding that he plans to "keep a low profile." "After my term as chair ends on May 15, I will continue to serve as a governor for a period of time to be determined," Powell said. "I will leave when I think it's appropriate to do so." bys/pnb ...
