Russian Chief of General Staff Says Russian Military Completely Liberated LPR

(Adds details in paras 3-4) MOSCOW, April 21 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov on Tuesday announced the complete liberation of the Lugansk (Luhansk) People's Republic (LPR) by Russian troops. "The liberation of the Lugansk People's Republic is fully completed.
