Britain's government on Tuesday unveiled plans to accelerate its clean energy drive after oil and gas prices soared in the wake of the US-Iran war. Energy Secretary Ed Miliband will use a speech later in the day to expand on the proposed measures, which include "driving forward plans to massively expand renewables" on government land.
