MOSCOW, April 20 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian military enlistment officers in the city of Ternopol (also known as Ternopil) are disguising their vehicles as regular minibuses, law enforcement officials told RIA Novosti. "In Ternopol, 'people-catchers' have started disguising their vehicles as regular minibuses," the officials said.
