Russia's Envoy to UN Says Situation in Ukraine Dire, Citizens Refuse to Fight

UNITED NATIONS, April 20 (RIA Novosti) - The situation in Ukraine is dire and ordinary Ukrainians are refusing to fight for the country's leadership, Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia said on Monday.
