NASA's New Spacesuits May Not Be Ready by Planned 2028 Lunar Landing - Inspector General

WASHINGTON, April 20 (RIA Novosti) - NASA's new lunar and microgravity spacesuits being developed by Axiom Space may not be ready in time for a planned 2028 lunar landing, NASA Office of Inspector General (OIG) said on Monday. "Axiom is currently planning for spacesuit demonstration readiness in late 2027. However, if Axiom's testing schedule follows historical averages, the spacesuit demonstrations would not occur until 2031," the statement said......
