Orban to Skip Informal European Council Meeting Next Week - Reports

MOSCOW, April 16 (RIA Novosti) - Outgoing Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban will skip the informal European Council meeting in Cyprus next week, the European edition of the Politico newspaper reported, citing an EU official. In line with the Council's rules, Orban will be represented at the meeting by another national leader, whose role could be taken by Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, the report said.
