Emergency crews were responding early Thursday to a fire raging out of control at one of Australia's two remaining oil refineries which supplies 10 percent of the country's fuel. Fire Rescue Victoria said it responded at 11:15 pm on Wednesday after multiple reports of explosions and flames at the Viva Oil Refinery at Geelong in the state of Victoria.
