UN aid chief: Clear vision needed for Sudan's future

Berlin (dpa) - UN aid chief Tom Fletcher has described the third international conference on Sudan in Berlin as a test for the global community. "If we're having a fourth conference where we issue more words, more statements, then we will continue to fail the people of Sudan," he said on Wednesday on the third anniversary of the civil war in the African country.
