Munich (dpa) - The decline from previous increases in fuel prices appears to be over for now, with petrol prices once again on the rise as oil prices move up on world markets, data released on Monday from the German automobile association ADAC showed. At midday on Monday, average fuel prices nationwide were above Sunday's prices following a midday jump.
