Algerian disappointment in the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals first legs continued on Saturday when USM Alger were held 0-0 at home by 10-man Olympique Safi from Morocco. On Friday, another Algiers club, Chabab Belouizdad, lost 1-0 at home to Zamalek of Egypt in the other first leg.
