Lisbon (dpa) - Germany have suffered a second straight relegation in the Billie Jean King Cup women's tennis team event by losing 2-1 against Latvia on Saturday. Noma Noha Akugue and Nastasja Schunk lost the deciding doubles rubber in Oeiras near Lisbon 5-7, 6-3, 10-8 against Andre Lukosiute and Justina Mikulskyte. Akugue had given Germany the lead with a 6-4, 6-4 success over Lukosiute but Ella Seidel then lost 1-6, 6-3, 6-2 against Mikulskyte.......
