One in 2 Japanese Oppose Sending Ships to Strait of Hormuz After Conflict - Poll

TOKYO, April 11 (RIA Novosti) - Almost half of the Japanese believe the Self-Defense Forces (SDF) should not send ships to the Strait of Hormuz either during or after the conflict, a survey conducted by the TBS television has found. Only 9% of respondents support sending the navy to the strait before peace is established, while 37% spoke in favor of sending ships after hostilities end. The largest share, 45%, believe Japan should not deploy force......
