Woman delivers baby on German Autobahn as cars whiz past

Hamburg (dpa) - A woman delivered her baby inside a car parked on the side of a German motorway, the fire brigade said on Thursday. Rescue services were called to "an extraordinary yet very rewarding operation" on Wednesday evening on the A23 motorway near Hamburg, a spokesman said. When they arrived at the scene, the car was parked on the hard shoulder of the motorway near the Halstenbek-Krupunder junction and the baby had been born just minutes......
