MOSCOW, April 8 (RIA Novosti) - Russia welcomes the truce reached between Iran and the United States, as Moscow has been advocating a diplomatic settlement from the very first days of the conflict, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday.
