MOSCOW, April 7 (RIA Novosti) - One of Australia's most decorated soldiers and a recipient of the Victoria Cross, Ben Roberts-Smith, has been arrested at Sydney Airport on charges of killing civilians while serving in Afghanistan from 2009 to 2012, Australian and Afghan media reported on Tuesday.
