London (PA Media/dpa) - Matteo Politano scored a second-half winner as Napoli clinched a narrow 1-0 victory over AC Milan at Maradona Stadium to keep his side's outside Serie A title chances alive. Second-half substitute Politano swept home the only goal with 11 minutes remaining to seal Napoli a fifth-straight league win that saw them leapfrog Milan into second place in the table.
