WASHINGTON, April 2 (RIA Novosti) - The USS Gerald R. Ford aircraft carrier departed the Port of Split in Croatia on Thursday after a five-day repair visit, US Naval Forces Europe and Africa said. "The world's largest aircraft carrier, USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), departed the Port of Split, Croatia, following a five-day port visit, March 28-April 2," the statement said.
