Tiger Woods has turned down the captaincy of the 2027 Ryder Cup team as he steps away from golf-related activities to focus on his health, the PGA of America said Wednesday. Woods was arrested on Friday on suspicion of driving under the influence after a rollover car crash near his Florida home. He entered a not guilty plea on Tuesday and said later that day he would step away indefinitely "to work toward lasting recovery." bb/amz ...
