Burundi's army confirmed Wednesday that 13 civilians had been killed in blasts earlier this week during a fire at a military arsenal in the economic capital Bujumbura, which left 57 wounded. "Houses were damaged in various neighbourhoods as well as private vehicles. Military equipment and facilities burned and were destroyed," army spokesperson General Gaspard Baratuza said in a statement. They did not specify if any soldiers had been killed but......
