US retail sales climb more than expected in February

Washington (dpa-AFX) - Retail sales in the US increased by slightly more than expected in the month of February, the Commerce Department revealed in a report released on Wednesday. The Commerce Department said retail sales climbed by 0.6% in February after edging down by a revised 0.1% in January.
