MOSCOW, March 20 (RIA Novosti) - Hungary continues to block a 90 billion euro ($104 billion) loan to Ukraine, but the EU hopes to agree it, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said. "The loan remains blocked because one leader is not honoring his word. But let me reiterate what I already said in Kiev: we will deliver one way or the other," she said....
