A US federal judge on Tuesday ordered the Trump administration to bring more than 1,000 employees of the Voice of America (VOA) back to work and a resumption of broadcasts by the government-funded media outlet. District Judge Royce Lamberth's ruling comes 10 days after he said President Donald Trump's pick to oversee mass layoffs at VOA was unlawfully appointed, rendering the job cuts invalid.
