Peru's Prime Minister Denisse Miralles resigned Tuesday three weeks into her tenure, plunging the newly-formed government into crisis. Her departure, the day before a confidence vote by Congress, requires the 18 other Peruvian cabinet members appointed by President Jose Maria Balcazar to also step down. Miralles, 49, previously served as the economy minister for Balcazar's predecessor Jose Jeri, who was impeached last month on graft allegations.......
