Warner Bros CEO to Receive $887Mln From Paramount Merger - Filing

MOSCOW, March 17 (RIA Novosti) - Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) CEO David Zaslav will receive about $887 million if the Hollywood studio successfully merges with Paramount Skydance, according to WBD's filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
