Three soldiers died and three others were wounded on Tuesday in an accidental explosion during cannabis clearing in Senegal's Casamance region, days after another solider was killed, the armed forces said. The incident occurred during an operation to "track down and neutralise armed individuals, combat cannabis cultivation and ensure the safety of the population and their property", the military said in a statement.
