Berlin (dpa) - A 28-year-old man has attacked two people with an axe at a busy central Berlin train station after stealing ?20 ($23) from them, police said on Tuesday. The incident on Monday afternoon quickly escalated after a 28-year-old targeted a 41-year-old woman holding a ?20 bill on the platform of the Kottbusser Tor station.
