MOSCOW, March 17 (RIA Novosti) - European Council President Antonio Costa has expressed hope that the Druzhba oil pipeline would resume operations as soon as possible, adding that Brussels is cooperating with Kiev on this matter, Spanish news agency Europa Press reported on Tuesday.
