MOSCOW, March 17 (RIA Novosti) - Russia’s MiG-31i fighters armed with Kinzhal hypersonic aeroballistic missiles have performed a scheduled flight over the neutral waters of the Sea of Japan, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.
