MOSCOW, March 17 (RIA Novosti) - Afghanistan promises a "teeth-breaking response" to Pakistan after the bombing of Kabul, which killed at least 400 and injured 250, Afghan Interior Ministry spokesman Abdul Matin Qane said on Tuesday.
