MOSCOW, March 17 (RIA Novosti) - The conflict in the Middle East has slowed the implementation of the North-South International Transport Corridor and the construction of a nuclear power plant, but Tehran is determined to continue them, Iranian Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali said.
