A second loud blast was heard in Iraq's capital Baghdad late Monday, as air defences were seen intercepting an attack over the US embassy, an AFP journalist said. The type of the attack remains unclear. It came shortly after a "projectile" hit a hotel in Baghdad's fortified Green Zone, which houses the US embassy and other diplomatic missions, as well as international institutions and government offices. zh/rh/jsa ...
