MOSCOW, March 16 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow's Tagansky Court fined the Telegram messaging app 35 million rubles ($432,758) for failing to remove prohibited content calling for extremist activity, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported from the courtroom on Monday.
