Organisers of the Milan-Cortina Paralympics said on Sunday that no countries are "formally" boycotting the closing ceremony in protest at Russian athletes being allowed to compete under their own flag. The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) issued a list of all countries' flag-bearers for the closing ceremony, which will take place at the Cortina curling stadium later Sunday.
