MOSCOW, March 15 (RIA Novosti) - Voter turnout for the referendum on constitutional amendments in Kazakhstan stood at 37.54% as of 12:00 p.m. local time (7:00 a.m. GMT), with a 50% turnout threshold, Asel Zhanabilova, a member of the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, said on Sunday.
