Rome (PA Media/dpa) - Matteo Politano fired a second-half winner as Napoli fought back to beat Lecce 2-1 at Maradona Stadium and consolidate third place in Serie A on Saturday. Lecce defender Jamil Siebert headed his side into an early lead and Rasmus Hojlund equalized at the start of the second half before Politano fired Napoli's winner.
