MOSCOW, March 13 (RIA Novosti) - Polish President Karol Nawrocki said that he had vetoed the bill that would have allowed Poland to receive a 44 billion euro ($50.6 billion) loan for arms purchases under the Security Action for Europe (SAFE) program.
