The wreck of a Russian liquified natural gas (LNG) carrier attacked off Libya is drifting between Malta and the Italian island of Lampedusa, Malta's port authority said Thursday. Russian President Vladimir Putin last week accused Kyiv of having carried out a "terrorist attack" on the Arctic Metagaz.
