NCAMAGORO, 12 MAR (NAMPA) – Kavango West Governor, Verna Sinimbo on Wednesday led the groundbreaking for a new basic sports facility at Ncamagoro village, calling it affirmation of the region’s commitment to youth development and community upliftment.
