Frankfurt (dpa-AFX) - European stocks closed sharply higher on Tuesday, rebounding from recent losses as a steep drop in oil prices and comments by US President Donald Trump suggesting the war in the Middle East could end soon lifted investor sentiment. However, Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps warned that it would not allow "one liter of oil" to be shipped from the Middle East if US and Israeli military strikes continue.
