The founders of Germany's BioNTech, known for its blockbuster Covid vaccine, will leave the company to start a new business, BioNTech said Tuesday. BioNTech shares listed in New York fell about a fifth in pre-trading after the firm made the announcement and posted a loss of 1.1 billion euros ($1.3 billion) for 2025.
